The capital will accelerate development of iReach's wafer-bonded flip-chip VCSEL technology for high-speed optical communications, advanced sensing, and AI infrastructure applications. Since its 2018 founding, iReach has shipped over 1 billion VCSEL units globally and recently expanded into wearable photobiomodulation and AI smart glasses. The company is ramping up development of high-speed VCSEL arrays, Micro VCSEL arrays, and advanced packaging to address bandwidth limitations in AI and HPC applications.
