Fundz licenses a verified, broad, real-time feed of company events: funding rounds, executive moves, M&A and product launches, plus the SEC Form D fund-formation firehose, in formats your platform can ingest. Built for deal platforms, capital-markets products, LPs, and placement agents who need fund and company signal under their own roof.
A unified feed of funding rounds, acquisitions, executive moves, product launches, and partnership/agreement events. Trademark and office-expansion signals included where available.
Same-day updates as events become public, including SEC 8-K leadership and material-event filings pulled direct from the source rather than resold from a slower third-party aggregator.
Pull the feed as flat CSV for your data warehouse, or hit the JSON API for live company profiles that fuse every signal into a single call per company: funding, executives, M&A and filings.
Power dashboards, deal platforms and client-facing products without per-seat math. You buy the right you actually need: internal analytics, display inside your product, or full white-label redistribution. Rates are published, so you can budget without a sales cycle.
A direct, real-time feed of new private-fund formations from SEC Form D filings, built for LPs, placement agents, and capital-markets products tracking who is raising a fund, and when. The fund-formation layer most deal databases don't carry.
A round is worth the most in its first hours, and the team that calls first usually gets the meeting. Fundz is faster than the databases you're used to. Here is how quickly each signal reaches you.
We checked a contact database too. A week after a private funding round was filed, Apollo showed 1 of 24 of them. A month later it still showed fewer than half (15 of 39), and the ones it did show arrived a median of 20 days after Fundz had them.
Most sales databases license their company data and refresh it on a schedule, often monthly. Fundz collects it itself, as it happens.
How we measured new funding rounds: for 4,333 SEC Form D filings from Jul 8 to Oct 6, 2026, we timed each one from the moment the SEC accepted the filing. The median was about 4 minutes to capture and about 6 minutes to appear in the Fundz feed; 89% were live within the hour. The slower tail is filings made after hours, picked up the next morning. Autobound refresh rates are quoted verbatim from Autobound's own table (rows "Form D Private Funding", "Job Changes" and "Hiring Trends"), autobound.ai/signal-data, read Oct 8, 2026. Apollo: 84 private funding rounds verified against their SEC filings, each looked up in Apollo on Oct 8, 2026 at 5 to 10, 12 to 18 and 27 to 37 days after Fundz captured it (company funding date and total compared to the filing). Rounds with wide press coverage tend to reach every database faster.
Published rates, not an opaque enterprise quote. You are buying rights rather than call volume, because the rights are what differ: analyze it internally, show it to your customers, or resell it under your own brand. Paid tiers are billed annually. Enterprise volume, exclusivity and custom SLAs are quoted individually.
Need higher volume, a bulk CSV delivery into your warehouse, or the SEC Form D fund-formation feed on its own? Those are scoped directly.
Talk to us about a custom feedUpdates land same-day as events become public. SEC 8-K and Form D filings are pulled direct from the source, so you're not waiting on a third-party aggregator's refresh cycle.
Funding rounds, acquisitions, executive moves, product launches, partnership/agreement events, SEC 8-K material events, and the SEC Form D fund-formation feed. Trademark and office-expansion signals are included where available.
We measure how often each event is attached to the right company, every month, on a blind random sample, and publish the result with its sample size, margin of error and limitations. The seed is published, so you can re-draw the same sample and check it yourself. See our measured accuracy or read the JSON report.
Published rates, priced on the rights you need rather than on how many calls you make. Internal Use $249/mo covers internal analytics and tooling, with no display to your customers and no redistribution. Display $999/mo adds the right to show Fundz data inside your product to your own customers. Redistribution $1,499/mo adds white-label, embedding and resale. All billed annually. A free evaluation tier is available with attribution required and capped result depth. Enterprise volume, bulk CSV delivery into a warehouse, and the standalone SEC Form D fund-formation feed are scoped directly.
Tell us which right you need and we will get you set up. Licensing carries the right to display or redistribute Fundz data in a product you sell to your own users, which standard subscription API access does not. Volume, fields, and delivery format for custom feeds are scoped on a short call.
Two ways: flat CSV for your warehouse, or the JSON API, including a single fused company-profile call that returns every signal on a company at once. Most teams are ingesting within days.
Public filings and primary sources: SEC EDGAR (8-K material events and Form D fund formations), plus funding, M&A, executive, and product-launch events compiled and verified by Fundz. Ten years of proprietary signal history behind it.
